Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I am so glad you found me! I’m a licensed cosmetologist with over 17 years of experience perfecting the art of waxing and making others feel comfortable and confident in their skin. I first started in this industry as an apprentice with a focus on hair, skin and nails but eventually found my love for waxing. After working under some of the best salon owners in Richmond, I opened my studio in 2015. I cannot believe it, almost 10 years! I live in Glen Allen with my husband, stepson, two pugs and kitties! I am also expecting a little girl this May and cannot wait to be a mom 🎀 I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve the results you want in a private and professional environment. I look forward to meeting you, Kimberly Jones FAQ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Guests: One person per appointment - no additional guests or children  Exceptions are made for infants and toddlers restrained in a carrier or stroller. •••••••••••••••••••••••••• Age/Anatomy restrictions: I do not offer services for individuals under the age of 18 with or without parental consent. I specialize in female anatomy Brazilians only (V) and for that reason, I do not offer waxing services to males. ••••••••••••••••••••••••• Menstrual Cycle: If you are currently on or expecting your period please know that it is 100% safe to receive services. *All clients MUST wear a fresh tampon or cup. My clientele is 100% women which means someone is on their cycle every single day. There is no need to be embarrassed. Simply let me know prior to getting started and I will take all precautions needed. Tampons and feminine wipes are provided in the treatment room in the event that Mother Nature surprises you one month! ••••••••••••••••••••••••• Contact: The ONLY way to contact me is via text at (804)585-4405. I do not respond to DMs on Instagram, phone calls or emails. These often end up in spam folders and you will not hear from me in a timely manner. •••••••••••••••••••••••••• Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment? It is the guests responsibility to utilize the online software to do so in a timely manner. Simply refer back to your initial booking email or reminder email and follow the prompts at the bottom. Habitually canceling or rescheduling appointments within 72hrs of your reservation will result in discontinuing services. Please do not make a reservation if you are unable to commit to it. If an opening isn’t available in your desired time frame, add yourself to my waitlist to be notified of possible cancellations! My software will notify you. If you are notified of an opening and are unable to book, it has been claimed by another client. You will remain on the list and will be notified of possible additional openings. I personally do not cancel, reschedule or notify waitlisted clients of appointments. As a one woman owned business I leave all administrative booking to my software. My availability is correct and accurate at all times. Thank you!
